Riding again

It was another nice day, so guess what? If you guessed I went riding, you would be correct. I managed to get in 19 miles today @ an average speed 19.4 mph. My legs felt good the entire ride. I just love having nice weather, beats riding the trainer everyday of the week. I hope the weather lasts through the weekend so I can get a nice long ride in. I think I'll take it easy tomorrow & recover for Saturday's ride. That's about all for now.
