Back on the bike for now

I managed to get on the wind trainer for over an hour today & the legs actually felt pretty good. It really felt great to be on the bike again. I can tell how much I really missed riding. I have a doctor's appointment on Wednesday at 9:45. I'm hoping they can tell me why the seizure happened & what the next step in possibly stopping them will be. I really want to know how soon I can get out on the road & ride, but will ride the trainer for now. I'm hanging in there for the moment.
